Everest High Places

This journey completes a magnificent circuit of the high passes of Kongma La (5535m), Cho La (5420m) and Renjo La (5417m). There is also an option to climb to three dramatic and different view points: Chukkung Ri (5417m), Kala Pattar (5554m) and Gokyo Ri (5340m) as well as a chance to visit Everest Base camp. This is a challenging trek offering some of the most spectacular walking in the world.

We fly in to Lukla then make our way slowly up the valley – careful acclimatisation, an unhurried itinerary and a slow pace in the initial days will prove to be the key to success.

Designed for regular walkers of all ages with fitness and stamina, this ‘round trip’ covers the Khumbu ‘in a nutshell’ including all the key trekking highlights. Much of the trip is on good tracks but experience of walking off trail is an advantage for the pass crossings. There will be several ‘day off’ options such as when we climb Chukkung Ri - (you might want to save yourself for Everest Base Camp) - so the trip can be tailored to suit a range of energies.

Join us on this incredible journey in High Places!
